This year's UnGala is a full culinary experience — four live stations executed by our Culinary Futures graduates, the people your support helped train:
The Resistance
Scratch biscuits baked fresh all evening, Biscuits & Gravy, and Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise
The Board
Layered Herb Butter Cake and three artisan butter boards with house-baked breads
The Hot Plate
Gulf Shrimp & Grit Cakes with Spicy Tomato or Garlic Herb Cream, and Short Rib Flatbread from the Plancha
The Sweet Finish
Petit Fours, Seasonal Tarts, Chocolate Bites, and Assorted Pastries
Plus a full Mimosa & Bubbly Bar, Bloody Mary Build, and The Closer — our signature Espresso Martini.
